It's my turn...

So Jason has blogged a lot more than me lately and I think it's time I take it over again. May and June have been really busy for us, a lot of travel but a lot of fun too. Here are some pictures from our friend Kay's birthday at the beginning of the month. She is such a fun friend and we had a great time celebrating with her. I am hunting down pics from weddings, Linde's Bachelorette weekend and a few other events, I will post those soon! Happy Wednesday!

Usher's new jam is gonna be huge with the kids.

For the record, the band is called The Rock-afire Explosion.

Update!
For those who don't know, The Rock-afire Explosion was the house-band at ShowBiz Pizza
Place - formerly located at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa. It was converted into a Chuck E. Cheese by the early '90s. Where my T-Town folks at? Craig, I know you were there...Ruttman, Cobra, don't be shy!!!

Epic trailer.

Another nerd alert brought to you by Mediajuice. This was probably the highest profile project I've worked on yet. A :60 commercial for
Street Fighter IV.
It was a bit of a nightmare due to the fact that this is a huge franchise in the gaming world and we had to work with a big-time N.Y. ad agency - they even had the $$$ to license the music for it. Although, their final choice was a little questionable (Faith No More's "Epic") we still cranked out a decent spot, I think.

The best part was it was broadcast during prime-time on CBS during their new "Saturday Night Fights" show featuring Kimbo Slice (the scary dude on the right - he has a chest mohawk).

Here it is. Enjoy.

Update: An interesting stipulation in putting this video together was that we could not show anybody getting hit in the face. Keep in mind, this aired during a show where very real people actually hit each other in the face. Go figure.
